# Parent Resources

Parents are an important part of our troop. There are number of tools, resources, and materials available to help parents make the most out of their family’s participation in Troop NC-613.

### Woodlands Worthy Life

See the [Parent Introduction](https://worthylife.traillife613.org/woodlands-trail-devotionals/parent-introduction) elsewhere on this site.

### Trail Life Connect

[Trail Life Connect](https://www.traillifeconnect.com) is the Trail Life USA member portal. This portal allows updating of member information. It also has several items of note to parents:

1. The [Troop Calendar](https://www.traillifeconnect.com/calendar), which is our troop's calendar of record.
2. [Announcements](https://www.traillifeconnect.com/announcements) where we will occasionally post announcements and deadlines
3. [National Training Resources](https://www.traillifeconnect.com/profile?tab=training), including the Peak One orientation to Trail Life that we recommend to parents.
4. Documents and resources pertaining to troop operations

### Find Level Tool

Our [Find My Level](https://worthylife.traillife613.org/find-my-level) Tool is available for parents to check birth dates against our level placement guidelines.
